Washing without water

Initial workwear has launched a new water-free laundry process, the first of its kind in Europe. The laundry in Lokeren, Belgium has installed a new machine which washes workwear using liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2). This revolutionary washing process cleans workwear more thoroughly, prolongs its life and is better for the environment.

Malaria Milestone

Rentokil Initial has raised funds of over £100,000 for Malaria No More since it first began a relationship with the charity in 2011.  A wide range of initiatives has taken place over the years from cake baking and wearing onesies to work, global colleague surveys, donations from the new book ‘The Pest Detectives’ and participation in ‘Pestaurants’.
