Working extensively with NHS Trusts in Cardiff and Newport, Terry provides a thorough fire safety service, examining their fire extinguishers and ensuring they conform to strict codes and standards.

Debra, Cook in charge at Ysgol Beaumaris School, is known to pupils, teachers and parents alike as “Aunty Debbie”. It’s perhaps the best sign of the high regard in which Debra is held and the extent to which she has become a key part of school and community life. Debra voluntarily runs an afternoon cookery club where she teaches pupils about nutrition.

Mark is just the kind of person you want on your team – a cool head in a tough situation. When the large fish pond at a prestigious customer’s offices overflowed, Mark quickly dealt with the problem and ensured the customer didn’t suffer any disruption to business. He also sent flowers and chocolates to everyone who helped him, remembering to say “thank you”.

Dawn was instrumental in helping Barnsley Hospital to be shortlisted as a finalist in the 2011 Golden Service Awards as the Best Cleaned Premises – Healthcare.

It takes a very special team to deal with a house that hasn’t been cleaned for 21 years. It took them two weeks, working 10 hours a day, to complete the job. They made 26 trips to a municipal waste and recycling centre in a large lorry that took a tonne of rubbish per trip. Great teamwork!

Tom takes every precaution when it comes to health and safety, but he and a colleague found out unexpected things can happen even when everything is planned out meticulously. Tom’s cool head and quick actions may well have saved colleague Chris Murray’s life when he was struck on the head by a heavy piece of wall cladding that was blown off a building as they fitted bird proofing.

John saw none of the difficulties, only the chance to achieve the perfect score when his customer was faced with its annual pest control audit by an international food safety inspection company. Thanks largely to his expertise, an excellent relationship with his customer and our Pest Connect and PestNetOnline technologies, John did indeed achieve a perfect 200 out of 200 score for his customer.
