Introduction

At the heart of Rentokil Initial’s approach to corporate responsibility is a focus on doing what’s right for colleagues and customers, and the vision and values which underpin the company. It emphasises local action to match the needs of individual businesses, while ensuring compliance with group-wide policies in areas such as health and safety, conduct, environment and product management.

Rentokil Initial is a member of Business in the Community’s Corporate Responsibility Index of the 100 leading companies which measures and report on corporate responsibility matters. We have been a member since the Index’s foundation. We are also proud to be a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Carbon Disclosure Project and the Mayday network on climate change.
