Question 1 Am I allowed to have the web site address of my business on my vehicles?

Answer: Yes. If a business wishes to place its web site address on their vehicles the rules that apply are as follows:

The web address must never be put on the sides of the vehicle. The only corporate identity that is allowed on the sides of the vehicle is the corporate logo of Rentokil Initial with the corporate symbol. The exception to this is Initial City Link.

The standard corporate identity rule for the position of any service title on the rear of a vehicle is the left-hand side. Therefore if a business wishes to show their web site address, this must be shown at the rear of the vehicle but on the right-hand side and must be level with the last line of the service title on the left-hand side of the vehicle.

Colour guidelines for a Rentokil branded service

If the business is a Rentokil business then the web address must be in Pantone Red 186, the corporate colour of the Rentokil brand.

Colour guidelines for an Initial branded service

If the business is an Initial business then the web address must be in Pantone blue 300, the corporate colour of the Initial brand.

Colour guidelines for a Rentokil Initial branded service

If the business is branded Rentokil Initial i.e. Rentokil Initial Management Services for example, the web address must be shown in black.

Question 2 How can I source the new style liveries?

Businesses outside the UK can source vehicle liveries from local suppliers by providing artwork downloaded from this web site.
