The corporate typeface is incomplete at the moment as, at this stage, it has only got the letters of the alphabet in order to produce service titles. However, at a later stage we hope to have the full range of symbols available.
Welcome to the Rentokil Initial corporate identity web site.

Strong global branding provides significant competitive advantage.

The company has created a new corporate identity. It marks both the new millennium and the final re-branding of all our worldwide businesses to Rentokil or Initial.

Whilst clearly distinctive, the main new design feature is the corporate symbol. Over time it will become an instantly recognisable identity for the company.

It is supported by a unique, specifically designed typeface, and to complete the fresh, modern look, blue and red underlines have been introduced.

The corporate identity has been launched now to provide sufficient time for complete implementation by the end of 2000.

The only exception to the end 2000 deadline is vehicles.

It will take longer to appear on all vehicles, as the livery will be introduced to coincide with normal replacement cycles.

As the identity is introduced all old subsidiary brand names should be phased out by the end of 2000, completing the re-branding to Rentokil or Initial. As already mentioned, vehicles should be the only exception to this timescale as a number will not be due for replacement until after the end of 2000.

The following pages explain the corporate identity and how businesses should manage its introduction.

You will find a page on the web site where the most common questions are answered and there is a special e-mail helpline CorpID@rentokil-initial.co.uk for any other queries relating to the introduction and application of the corporate identity.

Please ensure that the corporate identity is applied swiftly and accurately in your business so that every Rentokil Initial service worldwide can benefit from the strong global branding which our corporate identity projects.
