Acquisition of MSS Facilities Management

Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO) today announces that it has completed the acquisition of MSS Facilities Management, the building services division of Managed Support Services plc, following approval by its shareholders for a cash consideration of up to £6.5m (subject to a net asset adjustment). MSS Facilities Management has 200 employees and an approximate annual turnover of £22 million.
