In recent years, Rentokil Initial has underlined its commitment to responsible citizenship by adopting central Corporate Responsibility Policies. These policies formalise the principles which have always been fundamental to our business and complement the local activities carried out by each business in every country in which we operate. The policies and procedures detailed below, including our Code of Conduct, apply to all colleagues.

Modern Slavery

In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Company has produced a statement on modern slavery for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.  This statement covers policies, contractual practices and due diligence processes undertaken in our UK supply chain management to prevent slavery and human trafficking occurring.  The Modern Slavery Statement can be found here.
