    Deon Coetzee started off as an Initial Service Supervisor in Cape Town, South Africa, responsible for customers from the white sandy beaches of Camps Bay right down to Cape Point, the South-Westerly tip of Africa where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet.

    Deon is unfazed by the famous South Easter wind which blows from spring to late summer up to speeds of up to 125 km/h. “We all grew up here so we’re used to it. The important thing for us is just getting on with the job and doing the best for our customers,” says Deon.

    Recently Deon has been promoted to Operations Project Co-ordinator where he is helping branch teams to improve productivity, make the most of new innovations and reach their KPIs. Sharing best practice amongst colleagues is great for customers too.
