The company is structured around 1,000+ local branches or depots. Customers speak to and receive service from local people.
Customer service is the company’s number one priority. It measures customer service consistently and customer satisfaction using the Customer Voice Counts survey.
Group policies governing our relations with customers and suppliers were updated in 2010 and have been in place since 2002 and are regularly updated. Rentokil Initial is a signatory to the UK Prompt Payment Code.
