Our values are embedded within business processes and widely understood.
Ensuring that colleagues are safe, skilled and motivated is critical to the quality of service provided to our customers. Skills training and development is encouraged across the company, underlined by being amongst the first to sign up to the UK Government’s Skills Pledge. In recent years the company has delivered accredited training to almost 2,000 people across a wide range of training requirements including numeracy and literacy skills, customer service and administration. The company applies standard grading and performance development review procedures to ensure fairness across the group.
