Five strong regional businesses

We provide a wide range of services to our customers across five geographic regions run by experienced regional management teams. Our country businesses are run on a day-to-day basis by one management team per country, responsible for all businesses in that country. Different service lines share branch networks and back office administration, as well as functional support such as procurement and HR.

1 – North America

The world’s largest pest control market. We provide commercial and residential pest control services and sell pest control products. We also provide plants to enhance office environments. North America is a key focus for our acquisitive growth as we consolidate our national presence in pest control.

2 – Europe & Latin America

We provide pest control, hygiene, plants and, in France, workwear and textile services. Our largest operations are in France, Germany and Benelux. Other countries managed out of the Europe region include Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece.

Our business in Latin America is also managed through our European business with support from our Spanish and Portuguese teams due to language and cultural similarities. Our businesses located in the Caribbean also report through South America.

3 – UK & Sub-Saharan Africa

In the UK we provide pest control, hygiene and plants services as well as a number of smaller specialist services including property care, medical and specialist hygiene. Other countries included in this region are Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania and several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa where we provide pest control, hygiene and plants services.

4 – Asia & MENAT

We provide pest control and hygiene services in many countries across Asia including Malaysia, Mainland China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Brunei. We are the largest provider of pest control services in India through our joint venture with PCI.

MENAT countries include Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordan and UAE where we provide pest control and hygiene services.

5 – Pacific

We provide pest control, hygiene services and plants in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
