Rentokil Initial announces the appointment of William Rucker as Non-Executive Director

The appointment of William Rucker to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today.

William Rucker (age 44) is Chief Executive of Lazard London. He is also Deputy Chief Executive of Lazard’s European Investment Banking business and a Deputy Chairman of the worldwide firm.
