The appointment of Richard Burrows as Non-Executive Director

Rentokil Initial plc today announces the appointment of Richard Burrows to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today.

Richard Burrows (aged 61) is Governor of the Bank of Ireland and the former Joint CEO of Pernod Ricard.
