Rentokil Initial receives Best Global Expansion award for M&A including Terminix transaction.
Andy Ransom named CEO of the Year.

Rentokil Initial plc is delighted to announce its success in the Management Today Business Leadership Awards 2023. The company has won the award for Best Global Expansion for its M&A programme, including the landmark Terminix transaction.  Andy Ransom has been named CEO of the Year.

Andy Ransom, CEO of Rentokil Initial plc, commented:

“Since 2016 we have acquired around 300 businesses to build density into our existing network, enter new markets such as India, the Middle East and in Latin America, and to target those cities which will deliver higher growth in the future.
